Starting To Get Around

No piano yet...so Andrew spent a long time today mentally practicing his music.

Finally felt like really getting my feet underneath today, Troy set up a hit for me with George.

This is George, a young Romanian college student that Troy introduced me to today who has the same passion for the game that I do. After spending the afternoon hitting, having pizza and of course ice cream (to finish the meal) with him and Whit and Andrew, he is in need of being discipled as a new believer in the faith. He didn't ask too many questions, but we spoke briefly about what a new believer needs to do to grow his relationship with Jesus Christ. Please pray that God will give George the desire to and discipline to grow in his faith as a new believer.

Heading home from the center of Galati, we walk down the dividing street between z10 on the left and z9 on the right. The high rise apartments stretch along this street for a little over a mile, one right after the other. This is the northern most part of what Troy refers to as "The Concrete Jungle."
